District Administration Moving All Operations To High School Campus

July 15, 2025

Dear Woodland Hills families and community members,

The Woodland Hills School District administration team is currently in the process of permanently moving all operations out of the administration building located at 531 Jones Avenue in North Braddock and into available space at Woodland Hills High School on Greensburg Pike in Churchill.

Preparations for this move have been underway for several weeks and the entire administration team will be in place for the start of the 2025-26 school year. As a result of this move, the following departments will now have their operations based out of the high school:

  • Buildings and Grounds
  • Business and Finance
  • Curriculum
  • Food Services
  • Human Resources
  • Pupil Personnel
  • Special Education
  • Superintendent
  • Technology
  • Transportation

The administrative offices are located at the rear of the high school above the athletic field. Signs will be placed throughout the high school campus to direct visitors to the administration entrance. During school hours, all visitors to the administration office will be required to check in at the security kiosk at the entrance to the campus.

The new mailing address for the Woodland Hills School District administration office is:

Woodland Hills School District

2552 Greensburg Pike

Pittsburgh, PA 15221

All school board meetings will now be held at the high school. An exact location within the building will be announced prior to the August board meetings.

The district is fortunate to have the space in the high school to make this move. The facilities team, under the direction of Mr. Dan Bridge, has been working feverishly to prepare for this change and make it as smooth of a transition as possible. Students and staff will see minimal changes to their classrooms and the high school operations when they return for the 2025-26 school year in August.

All phone numbers and email addresses for the departments and personnel impacted by this move are expected to remain the same. If there are any additional changes that need to be communicated, the district will share that information as soon as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we undertake this move. We hope all of our families are enjoying the summer break and we are looking forward to a fantastic 2025-26 school year in the Woodland Hills School District!

Sincerely,

Dr. Joe Maluchnik

Superintendent
